Arrakis Consulting ISO27001 bundle to help get ISO27001 compliant faster through managed services.  Services are priced based on either device or user and include a setup fee.  All are required to meet ISO27001 compliance. 

 Services are listed below:

• IT Ticketing (per user) - Ticketing system to track technology and cybersecurity activities.  Auditable event to ensure activities are tracked and can be reviewed later.
• AntiSPAM/AntiPhishing (per email - all OSs) - solution integrated into your email platform that allows for users to receive less disruptive emails and increase user efficiency and performance.
• Secure Remote Access (per device - Windows) - encrypted remote access with multiple layers of MFA to protect sessions.
• Enterprise Antivirus/Antimalware with EDR (per device - Mac, Windows, Linux) - Enhanced antivirus/antimalware support to help stop phishing, viruses, malware, etc... includes behavior analytics, configuration vulnerability assessments, policy enforcement.  Definition updates and scans frequently performed.
• Online Backup (per device - Mac, Windows, Linux) - Encrypted online cloud backups of user endpoint devices.  Does not include servers, servers are separate line item.  Full backups with periodic delta backups of data to save time and bandwidth.
• Patching (per device - Mac, Windows, Linux) - OS and third-party patching, including hardware/software inventory and policy enforcement.
• Enterprise Password Mgmt (per email - all OSs) - enterprise password mgmt that allows users to use extremely complex passwords which increases security as well as provides administrators and management a "health score" in relation to password security posture.
• Data Loss Protection (DLP) (per device - Windows, Mac) - Helps detect, and prevent, the inappropriate exfiltration of sensitive data.  Monitoring to detect bad activity is possible as well as the advance blocking of bad activity.  Continues to work if offline.
• Security Awareness Training (SAT) (per email - all OSs) - SAT for your employees to help increase their awareness of cybersecurity and reduce risk to your company.
• Phishing Exercises (per email - all OSs) - Phishing exercises to determine how successful SAT was with your users and detect possible increased risk or training opportunities.  No more than monthly.
• Privileged Access Mgmt (PAM) (per device - Windows, Mac) - remove the ability for viruses to run with administrative access or users to install/uninstall software at their whim.  Increases productivity, reduces risk to your company.  Continues to work if offline.
• Browser Security (per device - all Browsers) - help reduce risk of hostile websites interacting with your users. 
• SPAM Filter with AI (O365 only - per email - all OSs) - Pre-user SPAM filter helping to reduce spam going to the user.
• Multifactor Authentication (MFA) (per email - all OSs) - Enable MFA for your sensitive locations, device login, or privileged account access.
• DNS Filtering (per device - Mac, Windows) - filtering of website requests at the DNS level of inappropriate or possibly hostile locations. Policy enforcement.
• SIEM - (per device - all OSs) - Monitor device and user activity regardless of in the office or remote.

A onetime client company wide set up fee will also be separately charged for $4,500.00.  Requires annual subscription, monthly billing.  Prepaid options with discounts are possible during the checkout process.
