There are no refunds for software or licenses once the licenses have been issued.  There is a 50% restocking fee on any hardware.  All subscriptions require at least a 12-month subscription.  Early cancellations will result in an invoice/charge for the remaining duration.  Customers that have already gone over 12 months may cancel at any time.  Contact us for custom discounts - sales@arrakisconsulting.com
