All managed services require a minimum of a 12-month subscriptions.  Starting year 2 longevity discounts will start to be applied.  Committing to multiple years from the beginning grants you longevity discounts at the start.  Further discounts will be stacked based on quantity of devices/users/emails subscribed to.
